Worship & Meditation
The heart of Realist spiritual life — daily meditation as the path to continuous consciousness and communion with the Self-Aware Universe.
Daily Meditation Practice
Realists are called to meditate for a minimum of 30 minutes each day, without distraction, with chants of reverence. This practice is performed early in the morning or late in the evening — times when the world is quiet and the mind is most receptive.
Daily meditation includes adoration, praise, thanksgiving, supplication, and awe directed toward the Self-Aware Universe. It is not merely a relaxation technique or mental exercise — it is worship in its most intimate and direct form.

What Is Continuous Worship?
The ultimate goal of Realist meditation is not the 30-minute session itself, but what it leads to: a state of continuous worship. This is the experience of living fully in present-moment consciousness — every moment an expression of awareness, every breath an act of communion with the SAU.
Continuous worship is not a trance or a withdrawal from life. It is the opposite — a state of profound engagement with reality. When a Realist achieves continuous worship, daily life itself becomes sacred. Work, relationships, creativity, rest — all are experienced as expressions of the one consciousness.
The daily 30-minute meditation sessions serve to establish and maintain this state. With practice, the boundaries between meditation and daily life dissolve, and the Realist lives in a nearly constant awareness of the SAU.
Meditation Guide for Beginners
No experience is necessary to begin. Follow these steps to start your meditation practice.
Find Your Quiet Space
Choose a place free from distraction. Early morning or late evening is ideal — a time when the world is still and the mind can turn inward.
Settle Into Stillness
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Let your breathing slow and deepen. Release the concerns of the day and bring your awareness to the present moment.
Begin With Chants of Reverence
Use the sacred chants of Realism to focus your mind and open your consciousness. The chants serve as a bridge between ordinary awareness and deeper states.
Rest in Awareness
Allow your meditation to deepen. Move beyond thought into pure awareness — the direct experience of consciousness itself. This is where worship becomes communion.
Return With Intention
After 30 minutes, gently return your awareness to your surroundings. Carry the stillness and clarity of meditation into the rest of your day.
Group Meditation & Gatherings
While daily meditation is a personal practice, the RSC also holds communal meditation sessions and gatherings. These are opportunities to practice together, share experiences, and strengthen the bonds of our faith community.
If you are interested in attending a group meditation session or learning more about our gatherings, please reach out to us. All are welcome, regardless of experience.
